I hadn’t planned on making this this week, but after an impulse shopping trip at Reading Terminal Market w/my sister, I started craving gumbo- that place is ideal for scouting out all the ingredients, including fresh andouille sausage, the chicken, and all the veggies.  (Yum).

Anyway, I’ve added the link for the recipe I use here, and I’ll add a few pictures at the end, but won’t spend too much time blogging about gumbo…bc I’ve done that about two dozen times already! 😉  Just love this stuff!

Served over rice, w/a bit of baguettte (to help w/the spicy-ness!):
