This isn’t really a “recipe” at all- just a complete mix of yogurt, handfuls of fruit, and dashes of orange juice and wheat germ. Nothin’ fancy, just a yummy breakfast option!

I used plain low-fat yogurt and threw in a few chopped strawberries, along w/handfuls of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries.  (This should be even better in the summer, when these fruits are really good!)  Then, I added a dash of orange juice and a (heavy) sprinkle of wheat germ.  Then, blended away!

I didn’t need to add in any honey for sweetness, bc the fruit was sweet enough.  What a nice (no sugar) alternative to my recent standard scrambled egg w/toast and jam! 🙂
