This is a recipe I’ve wanted to try for awhile now, not for any particular reason, but…well, it’s supposedly good for you (364 calories!) and it also fits into my motivation for starting this blog in the first place- trying recipes that involve wine!  Well, maybe there’s another reason: currently, I only know of one way to cook porkchops, and that was something I only recently picked up from another friend’s blog.  Sad.

There, of course, will be an update after dinner, but if you’re interested now in the recipe, it was taken from RealSimple’s 400-calorie meal list.  Love this list!
